Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we find ourselves in agreement to the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the learned AGP that in view of section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 the petitioners have got alternate efficacious remedy of approaching the State Administrative Tribunal for redressel of their grievance.

2 908.5963.18 wp In the circumstances, we decline to interfere in the matter with liberty to the petitioners approach the State Administrative Tribunal. The interim order passed on 21/05/2018 shall continue for a period of 2 weeks from today.
