The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Assistant Commissioner of Labour/Licensing Authority under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Pune has recommended to Respondent No. 1 - The Principal Secretary, Labour for cancallation of license of Respondent No. 2 - M/s. Ever Electronics Pvt. Ltd. vide letter dated 10th March, 2016 (Exhibit H) but till date no decision has been taken on the said recommendation letter by the Principal Secretary of Respondent No. 1.

A prayer has been made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-510-wp-8081-2017.doc to decide the said recommendation letter dated 10th March, 2016 (Exhibit H) as expeditiously as possible.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to examine the said recommendation letter dated 10th March, 2016 (Exhibit H) and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law by giving opportunity to the Petitioner as also to Respondent No. 2.

Let the decision as aforesaid be taken by Respondent No. 1 on the said recommendation (Exhibit H) within two months. 6.
