In view of the fact that the application filed by the Petitioner for further investigation, is pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Ichalkaranji, it is not possible for us to accede to the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to grant relief by way of prayer clause (a).

We however deem it appropriate to direct the learned J.M.F.C. to decide the Application filed by the Petitioner expeditiously and not later than 30/06/2018, on a copy of the instant order being produced before him. The Application in question would be considered uninfluenced by the rejection of the earlier application by the learned J.M.F.C. With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
