This Petition is filed with a limited relief for directions to the Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Pimpri to decide Criminal Misc. Application No.540/2014 filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 at the earliest or within time limit as this Court thinks fit.

Till today, the application before the learned Magistrate is still pending for final disposal. In view of the earlier order passed, it is necessary to make the trial time bound. 3.

Hence, the following order:

i. The learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pimpri, Pune is directed to conclude and decide finally Criminal Misc. Application No.540/2014 on its file, within a period of four months from today.

ii. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
