After the matter was heard at some length, it has been agreed between the parties that the petition can be disposed of in terms of the following order. It is, accordingly, ordered as follows : (i) The impugned order of dismissal of the Petitioner, passed by the Competent Officer of the Respondent Corporation on 1 June 2016, is set aside.

(ii) The Respondent Corporation shall allow the Petitioner to show cause to the proposed order of dismissal in terms of show cause notice dated 26 November 2015 (Exhibit "A" to the petition) within a period of one week from today.

sg wp6604-16.doc (iii) The Corporation shall take an appropriate decision in the matter after considering the Petitioner's reply to the show cause notice. (iv) All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. The petition is disposed of accordingly. (v) The parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
