Leave to amend the cause title of this application. The petitioners in Writ Petition No.5555 of 2015 pending before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court shall be shown as respondents in this application in place and instead of the petitioners of Writ Petition No. 4371 of 2015. Amendment shall be carried out by tomorrow.

Mr. Randhir appears for the petitioners of Writ Petition No. 5555 of 2015 at the Aurangabad Bench. He submits that transfer of writ petition from the Aurangabad Bench to the Principal Seat at Bombay will unnecessarily delay the hearing of the petition ABS
MCA (St) 15651-2015 filed his clients because the petition at the Principal Seat at Bombay will be listed for hearing late in July 2015. It also appears that the Government has not filed affidavit in reply either in the petition at Aurangabad Bench or at the Principal Seat at Bombay. 3.
In view of the above, Writ Petition No. 5555 of 2015 shall be transferred from the Aurangabad Bench to the Principal Seat at Bombay and shall be heard along with Writ Petition No. 4371 of 2015 at the Principal Seat. It is further directed that the affidavit in reply in both the writ petitions shall be filed as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, by 1 July 2015. Both the petitions shall be listed for hearing before the appropriate Bench at the Principal Seat at Bombay as per the roster on 8 July 2015 with liberty to the petitioners to file rejoinder, if any, in the meantime. The application is accordingly allowed in the above terms.
