The revision applicant has challenged the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge Satara, issuing notice to him under Section 319 of Cr.P.C., which has resulted into taking the revision applicant in custody.

In this circumstances, the applicant is permitted to prefer an application for bail in accordance with Section 439 of Cr.P.C. before appropriate Court.
