Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner has taken exception to the legality and validity of the order dated 6th March 2014 passed by the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (Centre-State Division). The Petitioner has also sought a direction to forthwith release her son - Akbar Ali Anwar Ali Abjani. 2.
The issue involved in this writ petition and writ 2 / 3
petition No. 2650 of 2014 is one and the same. This writ petition was heard along with the said writ petition and by the separate judgment and order passed today, said writ petition is dismissed. Hence, for the reasons stated in the judgment and order given today in Writ Petition No. 2650 of 2014, this writ petition is dismissed.
