After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedy as may be available to the Petitioners in accordance with law, keeping in view the provisions contained in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the arbitration clause in the agreement.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

The interim order passed earlier shall continue for a Vishal Parekar 1/2

Needless to say that grant and continuation of interim relief shall not be construed as if this Court has expressed its opinion about the merits of the Petitioners' contentions. 6.

All rights and contentions are kept open.

The Petition is disposed of as such.
