In this Writ Petition prayer for quashing First Information Report cannot be entertained now as admittedly a closure report has been filed by the Police before the learned Magistrate.

Hence, we dispose of the Petition. In the event, closure report is not accepted by the learned Magistrate, apart from remedy of challenging the order passed by the learned Magistrate it is always open for the Petitioners to file fresh Petition seeking the relief which is sought in the present Petition.

We make it clear that all contentions on the basis of closure report are kept open.
