Despite of above, the petitioner has chosen to file another complaint (ULP) No.29/2017.

The Industrial Court has dismissed the said complaint by the impugned order dated March 3, 2019.

In view of above, as the petitioner's claim is already determined and was upheld by this Court, in my opinion, the petition itself is not maintainable. The petition as such fails and is dismissed. (NITIN W.SAMBRE, J.)
