The challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 14 May 2015 by which, ad-interim relief was declined to the appellant. At this stage, there is no point in proceeding with this appeal, instead, it would be appropriate that the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of motion in accordance with law and on its own merits. The appeal is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. The Civil Application is also disposed of.
