The limited relief prayed in this petition is a direction to respondent No.1 to expeditiously decide the Review Petition preferred by the petitioner on 09/04/2018.

The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Minister, Revenue has already heard the Review Petition and the matter is closed for orders on 04/10/2018. The Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions of Mr.Pratap Mhadkar, Desk Officer, Revenue and Forest Department, informs that the Minister would be in a position to render decision within a period of two months henceforth. The learned AGP has tendered copy of communication dated 15/05/2019. The copy of the said communication is marked Exh.X-for identification. The statement made on behalf of respondent No.1 is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that during the pendency of the review petition, certain events have transpired affecting the rights of the petitioners.

Hence, all the contentions of the parties are kept open, including the option to move an appropriate proceeding to seek the relief, as available in law.
