This application is for seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No. 73 of 2023 dated 17th April 2023 registered with Wagle Estate Police Station, District-Thane for alleged offences punishable under Section 34 and 498-A of Indian Penal Code. By order dated 18th May 2023 interim protection was granted to the applicants. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that Criminal Application No. 1049 of 2023 is filed for quashing FIR.

Learned APP submits that investigation is complete and charge sheet is filed on 31st October 2023.

In view of the amicable settlement between the parties and since charge-sheet is already filed, the applicants are entitled for protection from arrest and ad-interim order passed on 18th May 2023 can be confirmed.

Hence, present application is allowed on the same terms and conditions as recorded in order dated 18th May 2023. Ad-interim protection granted by order dated 18th May 2023 is therefore made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
