P.C.:- 1) Husband and in-laws of Respondent No.2 have filed present Application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of C.R. No.43 of 2021 dated 29th January, 2021 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 376, 498A, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, with consent of Respondent No.3. 2) Learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions submitted that, till date police have not filed charge-sheet. The said statement is accepted.

3) Learned Advocate for the Respondent No.3 tendered across the bar her Affidavit dated 10th July, 2023, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. In her Affidavit she has stated that, the parties herein have arrived at 1/2

ssm 2 26-apl568.23.doc amicable settlement by executing Consent Terms dated 15th March, 2023. In paragraph No.7 thereof, she has stated that, she would like to get the present crime quashed.

Respondent No.3 is not present before this Court. However, Advocate for the Respondent No.3 on instructions reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 10th July, 2023 and no objection for quashing of the present crime.

3) In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
