The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that representations made by the petitioner are pending decision. His representations are dated 6 th January, 2021 and 1 st April, 2021. The representations pertain to allotment of land for a Kabrasthan.

Mr. Marne learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 states that the representations will be decided within a period of 4 weeks from today. On behalf of the petitioner a request is made that certain documents that he has in possession may be considered prior to taking a decision. He has 1/2 28-PIL-32-2021.odt rrpillai

relied upon documents at Exhibit G to the petition and submitted that this and additional documents he wishes to file may be considered by respondent no. 2 before taking a decision. Accordingly, we pass the following order : (i) Petitioner shall submit to respondent no. 2 such documents that he has in possession and power and which pertain to the issue at hand within one week from today.

(ii) Respondent no. 2 shall decide the pending representations including the contents of the additional documents that may be filed on or before th August, 2022.

(iii) If no documents are filed within one week, the existing representations will be decided on its own merits and a reasoned order will be passed. (iv) Petition disposed in the above terms.

(v) Liberty to apply if no order is passed on or before 10 th August, 2022.
