Mr. Kiran Varma, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks relaxation of condition (b) by which the applicant was released on furnishing a P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.1 lakh with one or more local sureties in the like amount.

The amount of local surety stands reduced to the extent of Rs.50,000/- instead of Rs.1,00,000/-.
