P.C.:- 1) This is an application for intervention by the First Informant Smt.Resham Sagar Kale in C.R. No.592 of 2017 registered with Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 417,420, 377, 506, 498-A, 509, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

3) The applicant Nos. 3 and 4 in A.B.A.No. 63 of 2018 are hereby 1/2
