1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 300/2019 registered with Nayanagar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120(B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Applicant, an employee of main accused was handling front office. Prosecution case against the applicant is that of failure to honour the demand of high returns on the deposits accepted. 3] From the record it can be inferred that applicant was an 1/2

Applicant himself has invested amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- as is apparent from the receipt produced on record at page 51 which is part of charge-sheet. 4] Applicant, in the said capacity as an employee has suffered incarceration of more than 2 years. There are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. That being so, case for bail is made out.

(i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 300/2019 registered with Nayanagar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120(B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two/more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.
