P.C.:- By this petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue) dated 12 January 2022 staying the order impugned in the revision, during the revision pending before the State.

The Petition virtually has no grounds of challenge except to state that the impugned order is erroneous and not maintainable. This being the interim order passed pending a revision, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
