The petitioner has approached this Court with a limited grievance contending that though case of the petitioner for validating his caste claim is pending, the same is not decided by respondent No.2.

The Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today.

Till the decision of the claim of the petitioner, it is directed that no coercive steps should be taken against the petitioner with regard to the implementing communication dated 22/05/2014. Stay to continue to operate for a period of 2 weeks from the communication thereof in case order is passed adverse to the interest of the petitioner.
