P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought to stay the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 15th December, 2015 passed by Ex-officio Member, M.A.C.T., Alibag-Raigad in M.A.C.P. No.370 of 2011.

By the impugned judgment, the Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.32,24,289/- with interest @ 8% per annum from the date of filing of the application till final payment. Megha 1/2

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Appellant has deposited the entire amount of Rs.47,33,265/- which includes the principal as well as interest. Statement is accepted. 4.
