Learned Counsel for the parties state that the matter is settled between the parties. They have tendered Consent Terms of today's date i.e. 4 July 2018. The Petition is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. The Registrar, DRAT, Mumbai shall release the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to the Respondent No.1 expeditiously and in any event before 30 September 2018.
