This application is moved for stay to the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 9th January, 2013 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Solapur in M.A.C.P. No. 101 of 2009. 2.

The learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that the Insurance Company is ready to deposit entire decreetal amount along with the interest accrued thereon. In view of this Vishal 1 / 2

The execution of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed pending Appeal subject to the Insurance Company to deposit the entire decreetal amount along with the interest accrued thereon with the Tribunal within six weeks and if not deposited within the stipulated period, the stay will be vacated without further reference to the Court. 3.

Accordingly, Civil Application stands disposed of. 4.
