Heard Mr. Arjunwadkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned APP.
The Petition is fled for seeking direction to carry out further investigation in the subject FIR.
Mrs. Shinde, learned APP having taken instructions from the Investigating Ofcer, who is present in the court makes a statement that the charge-sheet in the subject FIR is already fled. However, further investigation is continuing and the same is in progress. The statement is accepted.

7.wp2015.16 Mr. Arjunwadkar, learned Counsel states that the investigating agency should be directed to carry further investigation inconsonance with the allegations made in the petition.
We are of the view that the Petitioners are at liberty to approach and give further details about the allegations made in this petition to the concerned Investigating agency. We hope and trust that the investigating agency thereafter would consider the same and fle appropriate report expeditiously before appropriate court. In the light of the above, we fnd that the grievance of the Petitioners no more survives. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
