The report from the concerned jail is placed on file. On perusing it we are satisfied that the Appellantaccused is informed that his Advocate Rajendra Rathod has since been discharged from the case. The said Advocate has informed the Registry that the accused has collected the papers from him and obtained his signature and NOC on the Vakalatnama of another Advocate. No Advocate is engaged by the accused till date. This is a Criminal Appeal pending in this Court from the date of its institution namely 8 May 2016. The Special Case is numbered 19 of 2015.

In view of the above, the accused be informed finally that the Appeal is now placed for dismissal by this Court on 19 April 2018."

In the light of the fact that the appellant has discharged the advocate earlier engaged by him and has not made any arrangements, we are constrained to dismiss this appeal. It is dismissed for want of prosecution.
