The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of directions being issued by Respondent no.2 Tahsildar, Kalyan and Respondent no.3 The Chief Controller of Stamps and Inspector General of Registration, Bund Garden, Pune respectively, to complete inquiries against concerned Talathi, Kalyan regarding (i) giving effect to Mutation Entry Nos.2286; and (ii) registration of documents at serial numbers 3874/2011 and 3875/2011 in the office of Respondent no.5, the Respondent nos.3 to 5 have not completed the inquiries as yet. According to the Petitioner, inquiries in above aspects were directed to be initiated in the year 2011, but till date the same have not completed.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for parties, we find that there is inordinate delay in completion of inquiries which were directed by Respondent nos.2 and 3

In the circumstances, we are of the view that this petition deserves to be disposed of by directing the concerned authorities before whom the inquiries are pending, to complete the inquiries on above issues as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
Along with a copy of this order, the Petitioner is permitted to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents to the concerned officials who are conducting inquiries on above issues. 4.
