Pursuant to the order dated 22nd July 2016 passed by this Court, Shri Justice Rajiv.S.Mohite, former Judge of this Court has filed statement of disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. There is no dispute that the arbitration agreement exists between the parties. 2.

Statement of disclosure is taken on record and is accepted. Shri Justice Rajiv.S.Mohite, former Judge of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator.
