On the request of learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant, the Civil Application is allowed to be withdrawn and to stand disposed of as such. 2.
Time to hand over possession of the subject premises which is extended by the Vacation Court until 07.06.2018, shall stand further extended until 30.06.2018. The statement of the learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant is recorded that the Petitioner shall pay the advance licence fees within a period of four days from today. The statement of the learned Senior Counsel is further recorded that the Petitioner shall hand over the subject premises to the Court Receiver on 01.07.2018 at 12.00 noon and the Petitioner shall pay all the electricity charges in respect of subject premises upto 30.06.2018 and the Petitioner shall (except for the time frame) abide by the Undertaking tendered earlier. We make it clear 1/2
(902) CAW 1143-18 that all other directions issued in the order dated 13.03.2018 shall apply accordingly.

The Court Receiver shall stand discharged without passing any accounts upon handing over possession of the premises in question by the Court Receiver to the Respondent-Bank on 01.07.2018. 4.
