Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the appellate authority i.e., Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Pune Division, Pune, is directed to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner within a stipulated period.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, we dispose off this petition with a direction to the appellate authority i.e., Divisional Commissioner

904_wp.2553.2021.doc (Revenue), Pune Division, Pune to decide the pending appeal, if not decided already, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to observe that while hearing such appeal, the appellate authority shall adhere to the principles of natural justice and communicate the decision so taken in the appeal to the petitioner and the concerned respondents.

Learned APP to communicate this order to the appellate authority. In addition thereto, the Registry shall also communicate this order to the appellate authority.
