3] The ad interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to the appellant depositing the entire decretal amount together with interest and costs before the Executing Court within a period of eight weeks from today. Mr. Palkar, learned AGP submits that an amount of Rs.4,81,81,000/- has already been deposited. The Appellant to verify whether this amounts represents the entire decretal amount together with interest and costs. In case, there is any default, the same to be made good within a period of eight weeks from today.
