This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No. I-74/2015 registered with Mumbra Police Station culminated into Sessions Case No.227/2015. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in BA No.1085/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Shri. Waman Rajaram Patil as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the original complainant within the same stipulated period. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
