None appears for the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that during the pendency of the appeal the appellant has sold the suit property in favour of the Respondent No.1. Power of Attorney of Respondent No.1 - Jaisingh Ramkrishna More has filed an affidavit and has placed on record the Sale Deed dated 3rd December 2003. In view of this, the prayers in the second appeal have become infructuous and the second appeal accordingly stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
