This is an application for condonation of delay of 291 days in preferring the revision application. The respondent Nos.2 to 7 are duly served. Mr. Kate, the learned Counsel waives notice for the respondent No.2. He opposed the present application.

However, in view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid by the applicant to the Maharashtra State Legal Aid Committee within two weeks from today.
