Applicants being husband and in-laws of complainant Sadaf Mudassar Maniya had filed this application apprehending their arrest in Crime No.252 of 2010 registered for the offence under Section 498A, 354, 504, 506 r/w Section 34 of the IPC. During the pendency of this application, complainant had settled the dispute with the applicants through mediation of family members and their well-wishers, friends and accordingly, parties have reached to the settlement. Consent terms are accordingly placed on record.

Tilak 2/2 (904)ABA-969-16 Complainant Sadaf Mudassar Maniya has signed the same who is present in the Court along with all the applicants and it also bears signature of Ayaz Shaikh who is present in the Court and is stated to be maternal uncle of complainant whose parents are not alive.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that necessary proceedings for quashing of FIR would be initiated in the competent Court.

Consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view thereof, interim protection granted to applicants by this Court on 10th June 2016 stands confirmed. Application accordingly stands disposed of as allowed. (P.N. DESHMUKH, J)
