The prayer of Mr. Surel Shah is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

However, having regard to the fact that the judgment in the First Appeal is reversed by this Court, it will be appropriate to order that the judgment delivered in these Second Appeals or by the trial Court decreeing the suit shall not be taken to its logical end for a period of six weeks from today.
