Based on the alleged negotiation to purchase a property from respondents, the petitioner filed a dispute being Co-operative Dispute No. 67 of 1986 before the Co-operative Court, Sangli, dismissal of which is confirmed in appeal. Apart from the fact that there are concurrent findings, the Co-operative Courts and also Appellate Court has examined the merits of the matter and on merit

2 23.7586.15 wp.doc held that Dispute lacks merit and dismissed the same. With the assistant of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I have perused the findings recorded. I hardly noticed any illegality which warrants interference in the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court.

Once it is inferred that their was no offer and acceptance, the question of a concluded contract in favour of petitioner cannot be inferred. As such, the petition stands dismissed. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.]
