1] By an Order dated 8th June 2017, the applicants were granted interim relief and were directed to attend the concerned Police Station on stipulated dates and to join in the process of investigation. 2] Perused the record of instigation.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, the police have submitted chargesheet. 3] After perusal of the record, it appears that, the custodial interrogation of the applicants for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.
