The present civil application has been 4led for condonation of delay of 42 days caused in preferring the application for restoration of Civil Revision Application No.416 of 2013, which came to be dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 20th February 2019. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents raises an opposition to the application on the ground that no su<cient cause has been made out.

For the reasons stated in the present civil application, delay of Patil-SR 1 of
