This is an Appeal filed against the Judgment and order dated 7.10.2013 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Gr. Bombay in Sessions Case No. 325 of 2013, whereunder the respondent-original accused has been acquitted of an offence under section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned A.P.P. states that the respondent-accused expired on 13.7.2015, during pendency of the aforesaid Appeal. She has placed a Report dated 21.9.2015 to that effect issued by Senior Police Inspector, Nirmal Nagar Police Station and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the Appeal stands abated and is disposed of as such.
