The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition as he states that an application will be made to the learned Small Causes Court Judge to set aside the order by which permission has not been granted to the Petitioner to seek necessary questions on the cross-examination. It is open to the Petitioner to take out such application as may be advised in law. Once such application is filed it will be decided on its own merits.
