The petitioner-co-accused seeks furlough leave. This Court in Writ Petition No.2563/2019 today has quashed and set aside the order passed by the Competent Authority as also the Appellate Authority and remanded the matter back to the Competent Authority to pass fresh orders in time bound manner.
