Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on the instructions of the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, the police have filed charge-sheet and as such, the petitioners intend to approach the trial Court, by filing a discharge application.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with Chitra Sonawane.

If an application seeking discharge is filed by the petitioners, the learned Judge to consider the said application on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid petition.
