1) This is an application for intervention by the original complainant Ashok C. Gupta in CR No.377 of 2015 registered with Oshivara Police Station, Mumbai under Section 406, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2) For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.888 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Ashok C. Gupta as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and to serve the amended copy of the application to the learned counsel for the newly added respondent No.2 within same period.
