By this First Appeal, the Appellants/ Original Claimants are challenging the judgment and award dated 21st April, 2016 passed by the Railway Claim Tribunal Claim, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim Application No. O.A. 1065 of 2010 dismissing the Appellants' claim petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellants, I am satisfied that the appellants have made out a case for following Order.

ORDER

(A) Admit.

(B) Printing dispensed with

31- FAST 15269 of 2017 (C) Appellants to file private paper book within one year with copy to other side, failing which Appeal from Order shall stands dismissed without referring back to the Court.
