This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.. The applicant herein is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.174 of 2018 registered at Wanawdi police station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120(B) r/w 34 of IPC. The applicant had approached to Court of Sessions at Pune by filing an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. The applicant had also filed an application for interim relief by the order dated

5th May 2018. The application seeking interim relief was rejected. The applicant approached this court by filing Anticipatory Baiil Application No.966 of 2018 and a prayer was made for grant of interim anticipatory bail which was denied by the Sessions Court. This court (Coram: Smt. Bharati H. Dangre, J.) by an order dated May 11, 2018 upon perusal of case papers and after hearing the counsel has observed that the offence alleged is serious in nature and it is apparent that the entire exercise was carried out with an intention of monetary consideration by hatching conspiracy. At that stage the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted before the court that the applicant has to appear for his semister examination of Engineering, which was to be commenced from 2nd May 2018 to 25th May 2018.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to strike by the teaching staff in Sinhagad Institute of Engineering the examinations were postponed. It is submitted that the practical examination is on 12th June 2018. It is in these circumstances without going into the merits of the matter, at this stage interim relief granted by the order dated 11th May 2018 is extended till 13th June 2018. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune seized with application No.

shall hear the matter finally on 13th June 2018, and dispose of the same on merits without being influenced by any of the observations of this court.
