Learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, submitted that, application of Petitioner for furlough leave dated 25th November 2022, has been allowed by Competent Authority by order dated 25th November 2022, and Petitioner is permitted to go on furlough leave from 20th March 2023 for 28 days.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
