P.C.:- The Appellants-Defendants herein have challenged the order dated 2nd April, 2014 whereby the learned Judge had partly allowed the application at Exhibit-5 filed by the Respondent Plaintiff and dismissed application at Exhibits-43, 45 and 60 filed by the Appellants-Defendants in S.C.S. No.486 of 2008. In the course of argument Mr. Atul Damle, learned senior counsel for the Appellants as well as Mr. S.M. Gorwardkar, learned senior counsel for the Respondents submitted that the trial has commenced. They have Megha 1/2

Megha 5_ao_827_2014 w.doc further submitted that both the parties will maintain status-quo in respect of the suit property till the disposal of the suit. Statement is accepted.

In the light of above statement, appeal from order stands disposed of.

The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the S.C.S. No.486 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible and as far as possible within a period of one year from the date on which this order is uploaded. (SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) Megha 2/2
