Learned counsel appearing for respondent-Corporation submits that pursuant to the order dated 13th February 2023, the petitioner had made an application dated 27th March 2023, for regularisation. He further submits that the said application is rejected by order dated 31st March 2023, for non-compliance of certain conditions as indicated in the said order. He further submits that if the petitioner complies with the said conditions, respondentCorporation shall re-consider the application for regularisation. Page no. 1 of 2

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall comply with the conditions as indicated in the order dated 31st March 2023 within a period of six weeks from today. In the event, compliance is made, respondent no.1-Corporation shall decide the application in accordance with law.
