Heard. By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the externment notice issued to him under Section 56 of the Bombay Police Act. As on today, no order externing the petitioner is passed by the competent Authority. The petitioner can very well file reply to the show-cause notice, as to why he should not be externed.

The Petition is premature. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
